Anyway, it's gotta be a router or something at DVDFile's location. DVDFile.com is 192.217.197.208 - and it's fine. The forums are 192.217.197.215, and, like I said, it's dying at 192.217.197.2.

I'm curious to see how precise my sleuthing is.
